Dog Point Vineyard is a newly established winery situated in the Wairau Valley, the major grape growing region of New Zealand. It combines the considerable wine growing experience of Ivan and Margaret Sutherland and James and Wendy Healy. The philosophy is total involvement by the partners from the vineyard through the wine making process to marketing regionally distinctive and vineyard expressive wines.

Lindsay McCall began his incredible wine journey in 1984 with the purchase of a derelict orchard in Paringa Road. Lindsay’s passion and fascination in wine began in the mid 1970’s and by the mid 1980’s he decided to follow his dream by establishing Paringa Estate.
