On behalf of Universal Restaurant, we are please to invite you to another remarkable wine dinner, this time hosted by Bert Salomon. The Salomon family is one of the oldest and most respected wine families of Austria. Salomon makes classic Rieslings and Grüner Veltliners rated amongst the very best produced in Austria in addition to a small range of ‘European-styled’ red wines from his own vineyard in the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. Bert will lead us through a range of wines he has selected matched to an imaginative six course tasting menu created by Christine, clearly showing why Austrian wines have become so remarkably popular.
