How do I order?

Placing an order via the BestCellars.com.au is very simple. Simply browse through our offering or search for specific wines you would like to purchase by navigating the drop down menus located at the top of every page or use the search option also located at the top right of every page.

 

Enter the desired quantity and click the 'BUY' button which will put your purchase in the shopping cart. You can either continue shopping (the cart will remember your purchase) or finalise the order. To finalise your order, enter your postcode then choose your suburb from the drop down menu to calculate freight, read the site terms and conditions then 'proceed to checkout'. Once there, you can enter your details securely to finalise. You will automatically be sent an email confirmation of your order.

 

You do not need an account to order from us. Shopping with BestCellars.com.au is open to everyone. You do not need to be an account holder, you do not need to be a subscriber.

 

What payment methods do you except?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club) as well as PayPal payment.

Do you provide a tax invoice?

An A4 tax invoice is provided with all orders at the time of delivery.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can order of the phone. Please feel free to call us, we are more than happy to take your order of the phone or help with any queries you may have.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely. You can collect from our store any time during our hours of operation, which you can find here.

Can I cancel my order?

We do allow order cancellations noting charges will be incurred depending on the stage of cancellation. There is no charge if orders are yet to be processed. If dispatched, there may be additional fee’s to cover freight both ways dependant on customer destination.
